Hair loss!
I just wanted to add this tidbit of information that I hope will help many more people with this occasional problem of hair loss. (Sure, there are worse problems, but it IS annoying!)
Anyway, a long time ago after I had my first child, I noticed my hair seemed to be falling out way more than the usual 5-10 strands a day. So I found this product that was just a natural supplement for 'thicker' hair, and I actually started noticing regrowth in areas like the hairline! I was so excited until the company went out of business.
Well, I figured out the ingredient that was unique, and searched high and low to find another similar product. I found it! It's called GrayStop Plus, and here is a link if you are interested: (and it's usually on sale - extra bonus)
So don't let the name fool you; I don't use it to stop the gray hair (although I don't have much...maybe it's working for that, too!)

How's that working for you?
Is What You're Doing Getting You What You Want?
In today's tool kit, let's really examine if what you're doing in your life is truly getting you what you want.
For many, life has become a series of routine events that cause them to become numb and repetitive. We all have dreams even if they seem to be buried so deep we can't remember what they are anymore! Unfortunately, life for some has taken on a pattern of routine and repetitive actions and behavior.
*********************A REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE***************************Mark, one of my clients called and sounded completely overwhelmed as he told me his story and his trials and tribulations on the job. During our conversation Mark downloaded all the events and situations that were making him miserable. Rather than address any of them I asked Mark a simple question. "Mark, is what you're doing every day getting what you want every day?" Mark paused for a moment then went right into additional explanation of his daily challenges. "Mark", I interrupted. "Did you hear my question?" I asked. Silence. After about 30 seconds Mark said, "I'm so busy stuck in my own story I'm not even thinking about whether or not what I'm doing is getting me what I want!" I then said, "Well, maybe it's time to stop for a moment and reflect on this. What do you think?" After another 15 seconds he answered, "Ok".
The moment reminded me what it's like being stuck on the treadmill as it continues to move faster than we can keep up with it and eventually we are thrown off balance because we can't keep up. Mark was having that same experience in his life. The pace kept moving and moving and picking up speed to the point where he was suffering the consequences. Just as the treadmill, instead of figuring out how to deal with the out of control treadmill, a trainer comes over and says, "If it's too fast or uncomfortable all you have to do hit this button and get off".
Mark needed to 'hit the button' and get off. Sure, it's easy to get caught up in our daily lives but if it's going too fast and we feel overwhelmed, it dampens motivation and causes us to lose energy. Mark was so involved in his own treadmill that he lost touch with what he really wanted and got stuck doing what "he had to". After I asked this very simple but pointed question we began to talk about what he did want and what he could start doing right away to move toward that.
What about you? Is what you're doing getting you what you really want? This question puts us face to face with reality. Sometimes it's not the amount of work we're doing it's simply realizing that the steps or strategies we're using aren't getting us what we want. Instead of complaining or blaming yourself or others just stop for a moment and ask the question and begin focusing on what will get you what you want. If the treadmill isn't working for you; hit the button and get off. Why do it if it isn't what you want?
Your life is far too valuable to spend time, energy and money on things that don't take you where you want to go. YOU are too valuable to let time and energy be wasted. Mark began to judge and criticize himself for "wasting so much time and energy" but the reality is; whatever he did up until this point is what got him to this point. There is no need for judgment. Be grateful for what you've done because it led you to this point. Say "thank you" and then say, "Good bye" to what's not working!

I love this because it hits so close to home! I can relate to it on many different levels. My main focus right now is my internet business, and I've learned from trial and error that it's TOO easy to get distracted and spend energy and money on things that don't take you where you want to go! I'm thankful to have found LGN Revolution, to be in a position to help others escape the 'rat race,' and look forward to helping more people succeed as well!

Motivational Quotes
Here are some of my favorite quotes that I can relate to today:
"I ask not, oh Divine Providence, for more riches, but for more wisdom...with which to accept and use wisely the riches I received at birth in the form of the power to control and direct my mind to whatever ends I desire." Napoleon Hill
"Fear is simply a lack of confidence." Johnny Miller
"If you want to succeed at something, you have to give it everything." Vince Lombardi
"If you can dream it, then you can achieve it. You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want. Zig Ziglar
"It was character that got us out of bed, commitment that moved us into action, and discipline that enabled us to follow through." Zig Ziglar
"I want to confront something of such high important for all of us that everyone is affected by it. It doesn't matter what we do in life or what we want. It is triggered from the realization that living your life--really living your life with freedom and fullness comes from knowing this:
How you finish is far more important than how you start. ... How's your finish going? Your life may not be what you want it to be but if you're reading this then clearly you are alive--and as long as you are alive...you've got a chance to have a beautiful finish. ...
In life we can make this mistake. If our start is not great we get stuck focusing on it and how to change it rather than simply looking forward to create a new finish. In all phases of life, how we finish means everything. We have all sorts of things happen in the start phase don't we? We all start with different challenges and we make mistakes for sure but if we remain focused on them--we don't bounce forward and then don't give ourselves the opportunity to have a better finish.
How is your finish going right now?
******************THE PROBLEM******************
I am too old, I am too inexperienced, I am too young, I am a perfectionist, I am intelligent, I have waited too long, I am afraid.
The list of excuses and rationalizations we create can go on and on. We actually buy into them don't we? You know what all these rationalizations do? All they do is build obstacles and roadblocks to a greater finish. That is it. That is all they do.
Please note that age, gender, personality type and experience are NON factors in whether you can have a brilliant finish or not. Do you read me?
NON FACTORS.
What are your rationalizations? What roadblocks have you constructed and have bought into?
A better finish is in store for you regardless of your start.
Want some proof?
Here are the videos I promised you¦
Check this first video out and think about your own 'story'. I believe it will help put your start into perspective but also realize that your finish is in your reach. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QbgOGnbxDo
When you are finished--come back and click on the link below. It is a short but poignant clip from the film, "The Pursuit of Happyness".http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MPnudujlBZI
When you are done with both of these--think about it--really think about it.
Are you ready to FORWARD Bounce to a better finish?
